School Event FAQ
How many students can participate at one time?
Our standard setup accommodates 20–50 students at a time in the foam zone. For larger schools with 100–500+ students, we recommend scheduling multiple timed sessions or adding a second foam cannon. We're experienced at managing large school event flows.
Do we need to tell parents about the foam party?
We recommend sending home a simple permission note letting parents know students may get damp. We can provide a sample note upon request. Students should wear light clothes they don't mind getting wet and bring a towel.
Is the foam safe for students with allergies or sensitive skin?
Yes. Our foam solution is 100% hypoallergenic, dye-free, fragrance-free, and dermatologist-safe. It's the same grade used at professional foam party companies nationwide. We've never had an allergic reaction incident at any of our school events.
How much outdoor space is required at a school?
We need a minimum 20×20 ft flat outdoor area — a grass field, blacktop, or parking lot all work great. Access to a standard water spigot and electrical outlet within 100 ft is required.
Do you serve schools outside of Richmond city limits?
Absolutely. We serve the full Richmond metro area including Henrico County, Chesterfield County, Hanover County, Powhatan, Colonial Heights, Petersburg, Hopewell, and Mechanicsville.
Can we book multiple events for different grade levels on the same day?
Yes! Many schools split sessions by grade band — K-2 in the morning and 3-5 in the afternoon, for example. We'll work around your school schedule to make it seamless for everyone.
